The names will be added to the back of the garment approximately 4-5" from the back collar depending on the size of the garment. If you are getting an embroidered name, the name will be placed below the logo on the front (on items getting a left chest logo only - if your item is getting a full front logo, it will be placed on a sleeve). On hooded sweatshirts, the hood will cover some of the name. If you would like it completely below the hood, it must be stated on your order form.

Sleeve numbers will be added to the left bicep area of a shirt.

Sizing runs pretty true on all garments. The performance sweatshirts (in particular, the Boom, Chaos and Hype sweatshirts) run a little larger than normal. We would recommend ordering a size down if you are in between sizes. Please refer to sizing chart for specific measurements (sizing chart link on each product is located under product photo). Chest measurement is from armpit to armpit.

Yes. You can make a note on the garment you would like the special placement and we will try our best to accommodate the request.

All products are custom made and therefore we do not accept any returns. If a product is defective, please let us know and we will work out a solution. All issues with products must be addressed within 30 days of receiving the product.

All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed due to the custom nature of the products.

All orders are custom made once the order has been placed. It usually takes between 2-3 weeks for an order to ship and then a few days in transit. If you select expedited shipping, it only applies to transit time. Production time will still run 2-3 weeks. This also applies to garments not being customized. We do not have anything finished sitting on the shelf. It is all made to order.

Certain items are only offered in adult sizes however, there are some items that may be available in an adult XS or adult XXS that may work. Please check on specific items with any questions. We would recommend an adult XS for youth M, L, and XL and an adult XXS for youth S.

Embroidered name is a directly stitched application that is approximately 1/2" tall.

Heat Transfer name and numbers and are applied using heat only and are not sewn.

Permanent Tackle Twill is heavy polyester material applied using heat only, not sewn.

Sewn Tackle Twill is a heavy polyester material sewn directly to the garment.

Tackle twill is the most common application used in professional sports.

Names and numbers will be one color. Dark colored garments will get a white number/letter and light colored garments will receive your team's color.
